Sticking with the water-related names, I hereby present Pip’s house, or Blue Creek House, as I officially named it. I decided to upload only the shell of the house, because the original contains a hell of a lot CC, which would take a long time to find, and because I thought people would want to decorate it themselves to their taste anyway. I first attempted to recreate the most of the interior with EA stuff, but I failed miserably so empty shell it is (well, except for the bathrooms because that was EA stuff to begin with). 

Lot info:

• 30×20 lot size
• Originally build on the Potters Splay lot in Willow Creek
• 61.979 “furnished”, 50.014 unfurnished
• 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms
• Minimal CC, see list below (only build objects)
• Requires the following packs (stuff will be replaced if you don’t have the pack): Outdoor Retreat (fire pit, flowers in garden), Movie Hangout Stuff (tree with lanterns), Perfect Patio Stuff (lounge set outside), Get Together (Pool trim, flower boxes, trash can) and Get to Work (fences)

CC list:
If you are going to decorate the inside to your own taste, you of course don’t need the wallpapers. I left them the same as how they are in Pip’s house, because why not. Doors and windows are recommended, but not necessary!
