The Delavan

1924 William A. Radford Kithome English or Continental Eclectic Clipped, cross-gable roof is a handsome house, billed as a modern stucco design. It’s a European style eclectic with four bedrooms and a bath and a half on the floorplan which I expanded to 4 bathrooms. The entrance is diminished in importance as the image below shows the path leading to the living room; the front door is apparently on the left which is why I set it up as the front door through fencing in the yard.

This house took awhile due to work and other things so got very little daily game play time plus second floor took some manhandling as much of the space on either side of the stairs was closet space which is un-needed in the came so converted enlarged a few. Then the Yard was a challenge as it was a large L shape with a shallow patio in actually back so that took about 3 days. It turned out rather well I believe.
