Note : There’s a basement full with gym equipements. This way, townies won’t interrupt (or less). Do not delete the basement : you’ll need it to make the lot functional.

• Spa Day, i used it only for the 2 white slabs. You can replace them by mosaics from build mode.
• Outdoor Retreat, i used it for the lamps and a pine tree.
