Oaksim’s Cypress Cafe (mediafire)

this is a build request for @cillaben​; she wished for a cozy cafe where her sims could hang out and meet new people made with minimal cc! the cafe has a lot of comfortable couches and seats to lounge in. there are two computer nooks that are available for all customers, perfect for a little surfing or writing! upstairs there’s a cozy fireplace and big bookshelves where customers can hang out and read while eating tasty pastries and drinking fresh coffee or tea.
