The friendly tour guide hands you a campus map and you manage to find your way back to the front desk in Waterstone Hall. You hold your breath, ask for an application, and fill it out. You saunter back over to the desk, the nerves building in your chest, and hand the lady your paperwork.
She looks up from her work, takes it from you and smiles, “Congrats on applying to Waterstone University! I wish you the best of luck.”

The Downloads
For starters, this is a completely CC-free build.
However, I do own all the expansions and game packs and most of the stuff packs. I used objects from all the packs I own through the lots.
The map up top shows how to place the lots.
Make sure you have bb.moveobjects on when placing the builds.
The downloads will be on SFS, ad-free.
The Quad functions as a park. Waterstone Hall is set to generic, but you can make it residential. The Square can function as: a library, a bar, or a cafe. 12th Street Pub can function as: a restaurant or residential. All up to you and your gameplay/storytelling needs!
