Uptown Splash Park
A cool concrete oasis in the heart of the city, with colorful fountains (and sprinklers for splashing), playground equipment for kids and toddlers, a picnic area with cooler and self-serve ice cream stand, chess tables, and more.
The sprinklers have been upgraded to be unbreakable and puddle-free. I wasn’t sure whether or not to do the puddle prevention upgrade since kids can play in the puddles but I was annoyed by all of the mopping going on, so I went ahead and did it. If you want the puddles, feel free to replace the sprinklers in buy mode! 🙂
Please enable “bb.moveobjects” before placing the lot in build mode to make sure everything stays in place.
