DARK OWL RECORDS — A WELCOME TO NIGHT VALE INSPIRED BUILD

So
I’ve actually had this finished for quite a while…I just didn’t have
time/energy to sit down and track down the CC I used on this lot, but a
kind anon asked about me releasing a build today and gave me the kick in
the butt I needed to release this! (Anon, if you see this, this is
dedicated to you aha.) I started building this shortly after I changed
my URL, as kind of a part 2 to my Night Vale themed CC and I hope you
like it as much as I do! :’) CC (including some new stuff I made especially for this) is under the cut.

  • 20×15, made to be placed on the Nookstone lot in Oasis Springs
  • I used a lot of the packs but predominantly GTW. you also need C&D otherwise the billboard won’t show up
  • place with bb.moveobjects on!

A gift for one of the sweetest people I know,  @ellebellsims ! Thank you so much for all of your support and your kindness, Lindsey! You have helped me push through my mixed feelings lately with my writing and I am so truly grateful for it. I know this pose isn’t exactly what we talked about, but maybe you can still work it into your story! lol 

This is a single pose of a group of girls who are no longer friends with another girl. So the poor sad girl is seated at the end of the lunch table while the other girls ignore her ( except for the snarky girl at the end lol). Hopefully these girls will sort out their dispute and all be friends again!

You will need the Pose Player and the Teleporter Mod for this pose to work. Place four teleporter statues in the middle of a picnic table.

I have a habit to build everytime a new lot when my sims are getting married. This time i wanted forest theme and now when i got this lot ready i want to share it with you! So here is lot for you who wants to throw a forest theme/outdoor wedding. I may put here some my own sims wedding pictures later.

Size is 40×30.
Value is 167 868§ and type is park.
There is almost something from every pack including new seasons pack. No cc is used.
