Brindelton Bae is a world build collaboration project by Youtubers: Devon Bumpkin, Harrie, Gavin Sims, Penapple, XFreezerBunnyX, SimLicy & IrrelephantSims. The entire world of Brindleton Bay has been fully renovated, every empty lot is now filled with a brand new build & existing lots bulldozed to make way for new ones. That’s 16 BRAND NEW lots by some of your favourite builders.

Things you should know:

  1. For the lots to appear as built, you will need ALL Expansion, Game, and Stuff Packs. But if you don’t mind putting in a little work yourself to replace missing items, feel free to download anyway
  2. This save file is completely CC Free
  3. All lots are available to download individually from the Sims 4 Gallery (links provided below)

NOX Dining Set – Twenty-One Objects for TS4

Nox is probably my favourite dining set with its angular looks mixed with bright colours. It however was made with an early version of TSRW and needed to be remade to make it easier to update in the future. It gave me the opportunity to redo the textures and optimised some of the meshes as well. I removed some redundant styles and added some too. All-in-all I am very happy with this remake and will get more years of use out of it.

PETTY X FUCKBOY TRAITS V2 

So here we are back with the Petty trait & The Fuckboy trait. This time, they are TOGETHER. They are not only in one file but they work hand in hand with the other trait. Let’s start with petty sims.

Petty sims will usually be angry, just like V1. But it’s now set up to allow sims to experience other emotions. Smoking weed (Basemental Drug Mod) normally calms them down. Other sims (Non Petty) get tense around them and coming in contact with other Petty sims makes them playful. (Due to the extreme anger these sims can experience, they can never die.) When coming in contact with Fuckboys, they get extra flirty and vice versa. Fuckboy & Petty sims tend to gravitate to one another. There are tons of other moodlets that come with having a petty sim. It is harder for Petty sims to maintain friendships and romances. Here are some of the whims for a Petty Sim.

  • Share Insecurities
  • Complain About Love Life
  • Make An Enemy
  • Be Mean To Someone
  • Break Off Current Relationship
  • Troll Web Forums
  • Get Into A Fight
  • Smash The Dollhouse
  • Troll Web Forums

Fuckboy sims will usually be flirty, just like V1. But it’s now set up to allow them to experience other emotions. Sims that come in contact with Fuckboy sims get extremely flirty. Be careful with these types of sims. They will cause hella drama. They gain romance and friendships up to 3x faster than the average sim and gain Cooking, Charisma, Comedy and singing skills 2X as faster. These two traits in your game will definitely turn things up. Here are some of the whims for a Fuckboy sim.

  • Watch Romantic Show
  • Practice Pick Up Lines In The Mirror

CHRISTMAS LIGHTS

I have to things for you! Christmas lights OVERRIDE, which changes the HOLIDAY PACK’s lights to Christmas colors instead of yellow/white. AND Christmas lights that are a STANDALONE, so you can use both! It is up to you! I would say not to download both versions, because its pointless. But you do you boo boo!

**You must have the Holiday Pack downloaded from EA! I believe it’s free!**

I’m really excited to share these with you guys because I’ve been wanting them in the game forever!

These lights come in three sizes: The original (100%), scaled down to 75%, and scaled down to 50%. If you download the 50% light then you do not need to download the 100% light since scaling it up by one will give you the original size.
