Scholar-Chic Sweater

Here we have a simple recolor of a sweater-tie duo from Dine Out. I absolutely love this top, but I was slightly disappointed in the color options; I didn’t feel there were enough simple and stylish designs. I recolored both the sweater, shirt, and tie in a variety of colors I think you’ll all love (ten, to be exact). If you download this, it may show up a bit weird in CAS; for some reason, the thumbnail shows up as a plain grey version of this sweater found in the vanilla game…so, look out for that, I guess. This item requires the Dine Out game pack! If you use this, tag me so I can see your Sims wearing it!

Golden Koi Communal Baths

Today I have a community lot inspired by Japanese communal
baths, on a more elegant and modern style. I just recently got City Living (finally!) and a lot of the decorations are a nice addition to Spa Day. Hope you enjoy!
