RESHADE; USING QUINT SSR

As promised, I created an overview of the SSR (screen-space reflections) shader that comes with Marty McFly’s qUINT shader pack for ReShade. It’s far too long to put here, so I’ve created an album over at imgur, including links to download the shader.

This is probably best used by those who aren’t afraid to get stuck in changing ReShade settings, but of course there’s no time like the present to take the plunge and have a go!

This is a cottage based off of the floor plan above from 1916. Features a small garden shed on the side and more garden plots around the perimeter.

I think this may be my favorite lot I have built so far. I used items from Cats & Dogs, Get Together, Parenthood, Vampires, Dine Out, Spa Day, Outdoor Retreat, Laundry Day, Romantic Garden, and Spooky Stuff.

PLEASE NOTE! I have noticed a couple of things that are a bit strange with this build:

  1. The lighting in the back room with the laundry day windows. It is unusually bright in there when used with light colored walls/floors. I am not sure if this is because of how I rigged the roof over it or what, but I just thought I would mention it.
  2. When placing this lot, I cannot figure out how to make the plants in the front planters to stay elevated. It doesn’t look too off, and you can always change it. Just thought I would also mention this! If someone knows how to fix it so it stays up, please let me know! Thanks 🙂
