Modern Oasis Springs

Trying to make you all another big lot, but it’s not really going smooth so I’ll be taking a 2 day build break to recharge my creativity. In the meantime I’ll be posting some older lots that I still really like and I hope you will too.

This is a modern shopping hub in desert tones that comes with a grocery store, an art gallery, a clothing store, a bar, a light store, a pet store and a café. So this is set as retail but you can change it to a bar or a café, or just hire staff.

MOODLET TEMPLATES PSD

I’ve always wanted to have moodlets on my gameplay screenshots but no matter what I did, they were always destroyed after editing, would get pixelated when I tried blowing them up a bit, and look like doughy mess when I tried softening them. So I made some templates that are as close to EA’s as possible. 

They are 538 x 302 so they won’t lose their resolution when scaled down. You get a happy/green base moodlet, as well as 12 other ones for each mood. Each layer is labeled, you can edit the text fields for each moodlet, and the mooblet bar (the colored part) then when you’re satisfied just hide the background layer and merge visible layers. Then you can just copy and paste it onto your screenshots and scale to your liking. You can find all the moodlets here on the Sims Wikia.
